Job Description:
Inbound Process calling.
Customer handling Over The Phone.
24 X 7 (in shifts).

Candidate Profile:
Respond to subscriber query.
new customers & guiding them towards completing sign up for the services of our Clients in US & other international markets.

Required Skills:
excellent communication skill, Bengali and Hindi
Fun to work with.
Self Starter with an aptitude to manage multiple tasks at the same time.

Minimum Qualification: All qualified candidate should have 12th, Graduation Degree or its equivalent qualification from a recognized Board/University. Freshers candidates can also apply for this job.

Age Experience: Candidates petitioner age should be between 18 years and should not above 30 years. Age relaxations will be applicable as per the Government rules.
